Female singing (I think!), sounds a bit like Hats Off To Roy Harper by Led Zeppelin, dunno any of the lyrics, people in the ad were putting up stalls, had big balloooons..

Haha after a while of searching i used the track ID function on my phone which brought me the name Simple kid, thats the artist and the track is called lil king kong of the album Sk2
